Workshop Facilitator:

Channa Bannis

Channa is the founder and Chief Marketing Strategist of Marketing 4 Moments. She has over 20 years of hands-on marketing experience, and spent over 9 years working for B2B SaaS companies focused on enterprise and mid-market penetration.  She is also the author of, I Love the Me I See, a children’s book that weaves a story of empowerment through self-love, laughter, and learning.  She recently attained her in Masters in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice and Leadership from Tufts University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and will attain her doctorate in business administration from Saint Mary’s College in 2027. Her research area lies at the intersection of marketing and diversity, and she is passionate about motivational speaking centered on self-love and empowerment.

This workshop is personal journey for each participant. It focuses on empowering emerging and established leaders—including students, young professionals, and seasoned executives—to cultivate self-love, map their aspirational journey, and celebrate their growth with confidence. This session explores self-love as the foundation for professional growth.  It challenges attendees to articulate their self-perceptions—past, present, and future—empowering them to embrace their journey with confidence and intentionality. Through guided reflections and interactive discussions participants will  create a customized self-reflection chart.

Conscious Building

In this interactive session participants will map out their past growth trajectory as a foundation for their future personal and professional growth aspirations. In addition, participants will also be guided through the buildout of their advisory board and committee—a must-have for their  continued mentorship and development.

Celebrating Milestones

This session discusses the power of self-empowerment through the recognition and celebration of milestones. Through guided reflections and interactive discussions, participants identify key milestones they celebrated or should have, and then build their custom framework for embracing and celebrating all their milestones along the way—big and small.
